Catch even more Pokemon on the go.
Pokemon Rumble Rush, a free-to-play mobile game, has been announced for iOS and Android.
The game, which will be known as Pokemon Scramble SP in Japan, is designed to be played with one hand. You explore a variety of islands with a chosen Pokemon, and can attack enemy monsters by tapping on them. In the tradition of other games set in the Pokemon universe, you can upgrade your Pokemon with new and more powerful moves to aid in boss battles.
The islands of Pokemon Rumble Rush’s world change every two weeks, and so there will be regular opportunities to see new sights and collect more Pokemon.
The game is currently available to download from the Google Play store in Australia, and will be made available in other territories later on.
Pokemon is, of course, a big name in the world of mobile games thanks to Pokemon Go, which is soon to receive the Summer Tour 2019 update. For anyone wanting something a bit more traditional, Pokemon Sword and Shield will soon be available on Nintendo Switch. You can expect more news at this year’s Nintendo Direct from E3.
